Vitamins that help your complexion stay young

Will a younger looking face be one of your New Years' resolutions?

Vitamins A, B, C and E all prevent wrinkles and sagging skin. These vitamins can be found both in creams and supplements. One of the secrets of a healthy looking beautiful complexion is antioxidants. The antioxidants protect against every day attacks from free radicals that come from UV rays, stress, cigarette smoke and pollution. The skin is affected by the food we eat, and what we drink. Try to stay away from processed food, fast food and large quantities of alcohol.
Eating alot of fruits and vegetables, and fish, especially salmon, and cutting down on red meats, dairy products, white bread and sugar, is essential for great skin. Quit smoking, try to stay out of the sun as much as possible and drink lots and lots of water!

100% Effective Excersise that Melts away Belly Fat

This excersise is an easy, effective way to melt belly fat. Do it in the morning before getting out of bed, and at night before going to sleep, 10 times each way. After a couple of weeks you will notice a flatter belly!

This is how it works:

Lie on your back and press your lower back down, so there is no space between your back and the matress at any point. For your lower abdomen, bend your knees and keep the soles of your feet flat against the matress, keep your knees together and move them side to side, not too fast, left, right, left, right, 10 times each side. For your midriff, lift your knees to the chest and move them the same way, left right, left right, 10 times each way. It is even more effective if you make little circles, maybe 10 or so, with your knees lifted to your chest, then 10 more the opposite way after doing these 2 excersises. A great way to get rid of spare tires! Try it, it really works!

Supplements that work against hairloss

If you are a woman and you are losing hair, you should give these nutritional supplements a try: (These tips will probably not work for men.)

Vitamin B compounds, especially niacin which helps the blood flow. Innositol and Pantoten (Vitamin B5) are excellent, and Silica is also said to give great results. Combine that with zinc tablet a day, and you should see positive results.! I have tried these supplements myself, when I experience excess hairloss due to a rash in my scalp. The rash and hair loss usually disappears within a week when I take these supplements combined.

Get rid of Cellulite with Coffee Peeling!

Coffee peeling is rumoured to be the most effective cellulite treatment! Usually applied in the shower it acts as a diuretic (draws water retention out of the body). Coffee stimulates the lymphnodes and helps the body get rid of toxins. It is also known to repair and renew damaged skin. There are a number of websites where you can order coffee peeling. Check back soon and I will post a list here!

Chocolate is also loaded with antioxidants. There are many skin creams on the market based on chocolate. Eating piece of dark chocolate once a day has been proven to lower blood pressure. It is also known to improve circulation, and strengthen the immune system!
