Supplements that work against hairloss

If you are a woman and you are losing hair, you should give these nutritional supplements a try: (These tips will probably not work for men.)

Vitamin B compounds, especially niacin which helps the blood flow. Innositol and Pantoten (Vitamin B5) are excellent, and Silica is also said to give great results. Combine that with zinc tablet a day, and you should see positive results.! I have tried these supplements myself, when I experience excess hairloss due to a rash in my scalp. The rash and hair loss usually disappears within a week when I take these supplements combined.
