Vitamins A, B, C and E all prevent wrinkles and sagging skin. These vitamins can be found both in creams and supplements. One of the secrets of a healthy looking beautiful complexion is antioxidants. The antioxidants protect against every day attacks from free radicals that come from UV rays, stress, cigarette smoke and pollution. The skin is affected by the food we eat, and what we drink. Try to stay away from processed food, fast food and large quantities of alcohol.
Eating alot of fruits and vegetables, and fish, especially salmon, and cutting down on red meats, dairy products, white bread and sugar, is essential for great skin. Quit smoking, try to stay out of the sun as much as possible and drink lots and lots of water!
